Fields of expertise: migration, youth, gender, Roma
minority, volunteering and labour policies.
I authored articles on young people living in transnational families,
migration, Roma exclusion, transition to
work and volunteering, which have been published in Young, European Journal of Social Work, Journal of Evidence-Based Social Work,
Romani Studies. I am also a
referee of several international
social sciences
journals. I am a member of the Pool of
European Youth Researchers and
between 2010/ 2011, I am an LGI OSF Fellow
doing policy
research on Reintegration Initiatives for Returning Roma Migrants. Currently, I hold a
teaching position at „Babes Bolyai’ University, Romania. Qualifications: PhD in Sociology (Babes Bolyai University) MSc in Evidence-Based Social Interventions (Oxford, Merton
College) MA with Merit in Gender Studies (Central European
University).
