Research, consultancy and training: Research: for the Master degree: “A  Marketing Research Framework for Industrial Companies in Romania” [two market research studies based on surveys in the UK truck industry (suppliers and customers)  and in Romania (suppliers)].

For the Ph.D. degree: “Privatization and Organizational Change in Romania: An Analysis of two selected Cases” (A detailed analysis of the organizational change - in terms of restructuring, organizational behavior, systems, Human Resource Management, management styles, organizational culture- occurred in two privatized companies - a Romanian-American  joint venture and an entirely owned private Romanian company).

Post doctoral research:

§         “Training Program aiming the Re-modeling of the Enterprise Organizational Culture” (1999), designing the needs analysis, the training program for companies, participating in the training program and in the elaboration of case studies, developing proposals for company activity improvement, writing monitoring and financial reports for funding organization, organizing the dissemination of the results: working groups, round tables.

§         “Private education in Romania: success or failure?” (2000), a study of the higher education in Romania from the perspective of the business community: designing, co-ordinating and implementing a study based on a survey of 120 private companies in Bucharest, disseminating results, activity and financial reporting to the financing organization and developing a policy paper based on results (in progress).

§         “Promoting International Case Research and Training on Management of Change- INTERCASE” (running) developing the research team in Romania, organizing the needs analysis, developing case studies, disseminating the methodology agreed by the international team, financial reporting to the contractor, presenting, receiving and giving feed-back in the international team, testing the case studies via distance learning.

§         “Should Free Entry of Universities Be Liberalised? Estimating the Value of Public and Private Higher Education in Central and Eastern Europe” the organization of  a 6000 sample of last year students in private and state universities in Romania, organizing and co-ordinating the research team, developing papers, books chapters, disseminating results, financial reporting to the coordinator.

§         “The impact of the Romanian higher education reform on the university’s financial and academic management”, (running) conducting two case studies in two universities from Bucharest one public and one private and in the second phase conducting a national level survey with universities. The main objective is to find and analyze what is the perception of the academic world about the reform that was launched in the higher education sector and to identify the way the reform is implemented at university/faculty/individual level.

Consultancy: lectures, seminars and workshops for managers and entrepreneurs in marketing and management; companies’ restructuring studies.
