1979 - graduated from the economic department of the Moscow State University
as a specialist in the national economy planning.
Main work
1980 - till now - live in Novosibirsk and work in the Institute of
the Economics and the Industrial Engineering of the Siberian Branch
of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
2000 – doctoral degree for the thesis named “The Investment Markets Formation”
I994-1997 - doctorant in the same Institute.
1997 - senior scientific researcher of
the industrial production management department.
1989 - master degree for the thesis named "The Organizational Structure
Forming Factors for Industrial Enterprise " .
1992 - received the Ministry of Finance Certificate
"The Securities Market Specialist".
Additional work
1993- till now - the lecturer in the Novosibirsk State University with the
courses
"The Principals of Investment", “Financial Management” (Department of Economics)
and “European Marketing”(Centre of European Studies NSU).
1992 - 1994 as an expert in privatization for the State Property Committee
in Novosibirsk took part in privatization of services and trade, metallic
industry, airport and other enterprises.
1992 - till now - business school lecturer on the different aspect of securities
market;
1992 - 1994 the member of the Regional Commission for Certification of the
Securities Market Specialists; the investment consultant for investment companies.
1994-1999 - expert in the TACIS project "Technical Assistance Centers in
Western Siberia"
International Experience
dec.1993 - visit to Canterbury Business School at the University of Kent,
England, according to managers education project of "Know-How Fund".
feb.1995 - visit to Institute for World Economics of the Hungarian Academy
of Sciences, Budapest, in order to fulfill the comparative study of Russian
and Hungarian privatization.
1996 –1997 – 3 visits to University Paris-8 (France) as a participant of
the TEMPUS-TACIS project
July - Aug.1998 – visit to St-Thomas University, USA as a visiting professor
with the course “Transition Economies”
Nov.2000 – stage in the Ludvig Maximillian University, Munich.
List of publications consists approximately of 80 articles which deals
with the problems of the transition economy with
the emphasis to the industrial enterprise level.
