Senior Technical Advisor for a DFID funded project on reforming primary health care system in the Republic of Georgia.
Oxford, UK and Tbilisi, Georgia.
Participated in writing the project proposal to bid for the $8 mln grant. Provides technical assistance to the project team and advises the Project Director on various technical and project management issues.

The World Bank, 2003
Beneficiaries Assessment Study as part of the Implementation Completion Report for the World Bank Georgia Health project.

Qualitative research to evaluate government’s and beneficiaries’ perceptions of the project’s outcomes. Developed study design, developed research instruments, collected and analyzed qualitative data, conducted a workshop, prepared a report.

Conducted a need assessment study to prepare a project on Iron Deficiency Anemia Prevention in the Republic of Georgia.
