Conducts trainings for political parties within the frames of $1,5 million project, provides political consulting; acts as a primary liaison officer with the local political parties and NGOs, Azerbaijani Government and Central Election Commission, USAID and other international organization; organizes political events and designs projects; supervises the work of 10 other local staff; represents IRI in meetings and conferences; conduct field trips and local party building activity; monitors the ongoing projects.

Supervised the staff of 5 people. Managed the grant program for 10 local NGOs. Developed programs to strengthen local NGOs sector. Trained local NGOs in NGO management and program implementation. Developed strategy for Azeri NGOs to cooperate with 25 NGOs from Georgia and Armenia within the frames of “Regional Cooperation” program. Supervised the daily activities of the Resource Center in the area of acquisition and updating the resource center materials, organization of seminars, conferences, meetings; writing monthly reports, project proposals; research; close cooperation with other NGOs and governmental agencies. Acted as an executive secretary of FANGOM- Forum of Azerbaijani NGOs on Migration (30 NGO-members). This position provided deep understanding of NGO sector in Azerbaijan, its strengths and weaknesses.
