1999 - 2000: Alternative dispute resolution promotion and pilot university course
The objectives of the project are to develop a policy paper in the field of law/human rights, write a manual on alternative dispute resolution for the law departments of Ukrainian universities, implement a pilot elective course on alternative dispute resolution at Donetsk State University, and promote the development of alternative dispute resolution via NGOs and the university in Donetsk.
