Current responsibilities

Administration of the Department of the Issues of Family, Women and Children, the Department of Work with the Disabled and Bureau of Medical-Social Expertise within the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of Saratov Oblast. Coordination of the following organizations: social-rehabilitation shelters for abandoned children, nursing homes for children with mental retardation,  bureaus of medical-social expertise, regional rehabilitation center for children with disabilities and its branches, sport school for children with disabilities and its branches, vocational school for youth with disabilities, enterprise  for protesis and orthopaedical devices for children and adults with disabilities. Financial issues of these organizations development, further qualification of their personnel, program development. Inter-agency collaboration between the ministries of health care, sport and youth affairs, education, labor and social development on the matters of family, women and children, matters of the disabled, matters of homeless and abandoned children.

Recent grants and projects

Project development in cooperation with UNICEF – following project are undergoing: foster families pilot project, “Young Mom” project for the teenage mothers support.
Following projects received grants at the Annual Social Partnership Projects Fair: Computer Skills in Vocational Education for the Disabled Youth, Development of Rehabilitation of Children with Disabilities, Support for Abandoned and Homeless Children in the Region.
