Responsible for the operation of the JHU/PCS Armenia Field Office including
the development, implementation and evaluation of the JHU/PCS Behavior
Change Communication Program for women’s health in Armenia. Program
components included training programs, research and evaluation, strategy
development, design and implementation of national and regional mass-media
campaigns, advocacy, and capacity building at national and regional levels.

1990 Research Assistant/Field Supervisor, Ethnographic Study on Adolescent Pregnancy, The Johns Hopkins University, School of Hygiene and Public Health, Baltimore, Maryland.
Responsible for the implementation of the field component for a qualitative
study on adolescent pregnancy, including logistical arrangements, training
and supervision of interviewers, assuring data quality, and providing preliminary
data analysis.

Taught math, science, health education and English to students from
5th to 10th grades in rural schools (Taplejung District and Dailekh District)
