2000 - 2001: Social science translation reform for improved intercultural understanding
The objectives of the project are to analyze how new concepts are translated and used as a result of increased communication between Eastern European post-communist countries and Western countries, create a terminological dictionary as a tool to improve cross-cultural understanding, and develop a policy paper in the field of publishing and higher education.

1999 - 2000: Comparative dictionary of East vs. West basic historical terms
The objectives of the project are to develop a policy paper in the fields of publishing and culture, offer a systematic comparison of key concepts in the social sciences arising from different cultural traditions by developing A Comparative Dictionary of Basic Historical Terms, promote mutual understanding between Eastern and Western scholars, and provide students coming from different cultural perspectives with an adequate understanding of the differences and similarities of the foundations of the social sciences' intellectual apparatus in different cultures.
