2002 - 2003: The role of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations University (MGIMO) in social transformation
The objectives of the project are to analyze principles and models of university education in Russia, examine discussions on higher education reforms in Russia, conduct an empirical case study of MGIMO's education, identify the normative issue of what the role of MGIMO in particular and universities in general should be to contribute to social reforms, and write a research and policy paper on the Role of Universities in Social Transformation for the Ministry of Education and the broader academic community.
