- social policy co-ordinator for the Early Warning Report of UNDP;
Expertise in the implementation of the EU acquis on social issues (consultant
to the Romanian government on the negotiations on Chapter 13: Employment and
Social Policy, also covering partly Free Movement of Persons, and Consumer and
Health Protection);
Good knowledge of the health policy of European states and of the relevant
acquis (mainly acquired through LSE Health and the European Health System Observatory
of WHO);
Good knowledge of the Romanian health policy and system (e.g. projects on
